This place is amazing! So well done : beautiful, clean, quiet & very nice. Kitchen is up to date and fully stocked with kitchen tools, etc. Bathroom is clean, spacious and has an amazing shower. Bedroom is huge - very comfortable (King sized) bed & pillows. Blake was incredibly quick to respond, and super kind. The neighborhood is amazing, safe, walkable - tons of restaurants and shops, just seconds away. We will stay here from now on, as we visit Jacksonville often.

Our stay was lovely! It had everything we needed for a relaxing, quiet get away. The location was perfect allowing us to have a short walk to downtown Avondale. The layout was perfect and we were very pleased with the size of each room. Everything was updated, modern and the space felt light and relaxing. This well appointed, beautiful home was extremely comfortable. Our host, Blake provided helpful information and recommendations and was very accommodating. We highly recommend this home and look forward to staying again!
